Please follow this step by step for 4 month old baby food (stage one baby food) : Recipe 1 Avocado Puree Ingredients : 1/2 Avocado Breastmilk or formula milk How To: Cut the avocado in half Scoop out the avocado Mash the avocado with a fork Add breastmilk or formula milk to thin the puree You can add more milk until the right consistency Consistency: Runny puree for the first week Transfer them to a bowl Avocado puree is ready :) Recipe 2 Banana Puree Ingredients : 1 Banana Breastmilk or formula milk How To: Slice the banana Mash the banana with a fork Add breastmilk or formula milk Mix well until you get a creamy texture Banana puree is ready :) Serve it with love!
